Hyatt Place Chantilly/Dulles Airport-South

Very nice place to stay. Accessible to a lot of Centreville. Sidewalks connect to shopping plazas, Planet Fitness and restaurants. Good for running outside too. Close to highways. Have stayed here three times now.

Prime location near the airport and many restaurants and stores! Not too fair from DC as well. The room was quiet and perfect to get a nights rest after traveling. Will definitely go here again after a flight or long drive to Virginia. Front desk staff were nice and informative!

I stayed one night at this location for work . Andrew was so nice at check-in. He made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed . I’ve gotten great service before but NEVER has anyone gone above and beyond like he did . He made me a caramel iced latte at check-out and wished me a great day . AWESOME SERVICE!! If I ever have to work in the area again I will be staying here . Thank you so much for the hospitality

Beautiful and spacious rooms. This is my second stay for work purposes but this time there was no hand soap and stray hairs on the bed and in the shower. The shower wasn't as clean as it usually is and the top of the bed frame was extremely dusty. Luckily I always bring my own cleaning products. Otherwise wonderful stay and peaceful. There is also plenty of shopping options nearby all within 10-20mins.

This hotel offers a clean, safe and peaceful stay. The front desk staff is absolutely phenomenal. Dominic and Andrew are more than Hyatt employees, they are true representatives of great customer service. Dominic puts his heart into his job and offers professionalism on a totally different level, he actually cares about the customer. I am appreciative that he is on the front lines. Andrew also exudes the type of kindness that should be at every front desk. I will always choose this location for a peaceful stay.

I was warmly welcomed by Andrew and Victor at the front desk—both were professional, friendly, and efficient, which made check-in a breeze. The hotel has a fresh, modern feel, and everything appeared new and well-maintained. While the gym was a bit basic, everything else exceeded expectations. I didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast due to an early meeting elsewhere, but it looked appetizing. Overall, a great stay and a fantastic value—I’d definitely return.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive from check-in to check-out. The room was spotless, well-appointed, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect—close to the airport \another yet peaceful and relaxing from Hyatt. Breakfast was fresh and delicious each morning. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again!
